Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative paint finish to a wide range of metallic products. Using an electrostatic process the powder is sprayed onto the surface to be coated and then placed in a curing oven where the product is heated to between 180 - 230 degrees depending on the Products specifitions causing the powder to fuse into a smooth coating. Once cooled, this creates a high quality, durable and uniform finish, which is resistant to scratches, cracking, peeling and UV rays. No solvents are used, making powder coating the most environmentally friendly coating system available.
